Duties to perform:
Marketing:

• Producing written and multimedia contents for company’s websites and other social networking accounts such as facebook, linkedin, youtube, instagram.
• Planning marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media and display advertising.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
• Making contact with other advertising company and newspaper to increase marketing results.
• Planning events for promotions such as organizing seminars and courses.
• Working with technical team for editing & making marketing videos

Ex Instructor support:

• Acting as a coordinator to plan and prepare materials and other facilities for Ex training/exams as well as CoPC potentially.
• Assist the planning and setting up of classroom for Ex training and assessment, offline & online.
• Assist the participants professionally through training, assessment.
• To support instructors & examiners as required.
• Translate materials from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
• Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required from time to time.

Qualification:

Must have:

• Highly conscientious and committed to the highest standards of professional services.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent English, especially good writing skill (very important, for providing articles for company website and translation).
• Good organizational skills.
• Willing to engage in ongoing professional development.
• A positive energetic personality.
• Customer oriented mindset
• Extensive computer skills

Preferable:

• Priority is given to graduates of schools relating to journalism, PR, digital marketing or viral media.
• 1+ year experienced is a plus, especially proven working experience in digital marketing, familiar with marketing tools / apps / software.
• Creative and cooperative.
