XL MANPOWER AND TECHNICAL SERVICES JSC RECRUIT IMPORT AND EXPORT OFFICER (SR.)

– Position: Import & Export Officer (Sr.)
– Gross Monthly salary: 17M – 20M

1. Responsibility:
– Be in charge of operating daily routines pursuant to standard procedures to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of Import & Export Team
– Monitoring transaction procedure to mitigate the risks of delay or postponement that cause the extra fee, which lead to lower profit
– Arranging the refund and offset dossier for import duty and VAT of imported goods
– Recording all import & export data and preparing reports periodically to Authorities; Sponsors; other when requested
– Extending the extra service to the Customers to satisfy and take the relations to higher level
– Supporting team leader to deal with any issues

2. Job requirements:
– University graduated related to import/export; economy, trading field
– Min 3 years work experience in logistics and customs clearance in construction/ operation of oil refinery or related field
‒ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
‒ Email writing and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese

3. Benefits:
