INTERCHAIN – Cuộc thi cá nhân đầu tiên dành cho sinh viên tại các trường Đại học ở Việt Nam có đam mê với lĩnh vực Logistics và Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng đã chính thức bắt đầu. Đến với cuộc thi, thí sinh được trải nghiệm các vị trí công việc khác nhau trong lĩnh vực Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng bao gồm: Planning, Procurement, Operations và Logistics cùng cơ hội được gặp gỡ và học hỏi từ những bạn sinh viên tài năng và các doanh nghiệp hàng đầu trong nước.
Sức nóng và sự thành công của hai mùa đầu tiên đã trở thành động lực lớn lao để Câu lạc bộ Kinh doanh Quốc tế – IBC FTU tiếp tục khởi động tổ chức mùa thi thứ ba – INTERCHAIN 2024. Sự trở lại lần này của cuộc thi được ví như “làn gió mới”, hứa hẹn mang tới cho các thí sinh một “đấu trường” trí tuệ kịch tính, bùng nổ, gay cấn cùng những trải nghiệm bổ ích, giá trị để các thí sinh có cơ hội rèn luyện, trau dồi kiến thức, kỹ năng trên hành trình chinh phục, làm chủ trong lĩnh vực Logistics và Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng.
Hành trình INTERCHAIN 2024 chính thức được lộ diện với 4 vòng thi:
💎 Vòng 1: Online Test (30/03 – 31/03)
Sau khi đăng ký thành công, thí sinh làm bài test trắc nghiệm gồm 30 câu tương ứng với function đã đăng ký theo nguyện vọng để kiểm tra kiến thức chuyên môn trong 2 ngày 30/03 – 31/03. Mỗi function sẽ chọn ra 20 thí sinh có điểm số cao nhất để vào vòng 2.
💎 Vòng 2: Functional Challenge (02/04 – 19/04)
Bao gồm 02 vòng thi: Vòng 2.1 – Team Challenge và Vòng 2.2 – Individual Challenge.
- Vòng 2.1 – Team Challenge (06/04 – 07/04)
Các thí sinh trong cùng 1 function được chia thành 4 đội để tiến hành giải và thuyết trình case study trực tiếp trong vòng 90 phút. Hết 90 phút thảo luận, các đội thi có 10 phút để chuẩn bị cho phần thuyết trình và 10 phút thuyết trình, sau đó thí sinh sẽ có 10 phút phản biện với Ban Giám khảo.
- Vòng 2.2 – Individual Challenge (12/04 – 14/04)
Thí sinh sẽ tiến hành giải quyết 01 Case Study mang bản sắc function trong thời gian 48 giờ bằng cách đưa ra các giải pháp cho vấn đề đề bài đặt ra. Sau đó, thí sinh sẽ ghi hình 01 video với thời lượng tối đa là 08 phút trình bày giải pháp của bản thân.
Mỗi function sẽ chọn ra 04 thí sinh có số điểm cao nhất để vào vòng 3.
💎 Vòng 3: Supply Chain Challenge (21/04 – 07/05)
TOP 16 được chia thành 4 đội, mỗi đội có 4 thành viên từ 4 functions khác nhau. Các thí sinh cùng nhau hợp tác giải case study tổng quát của doanh nghiệp trong vòng 10 ngày và thuyết trình với BGK vào pitching day. Top 01 thí sinh có điểm cao nhất của mỗi function sẽ được tiếp tục tham dự vòng chung kết.
💎 Vòng 4: Final night (08/05 – 18/05)
TOP 4 sẽ cùng nhau tranh tài qua 3 vòng thi trực tiếp tại Đêm Chung kết để chọn ra chủ nhân xứng đáng nhất với danh hiệu Quán Quân.
Bên cạnh đó, các hoạt động training, mentoring và chuỗi Webinar được sắp xếp đan xen với các vòng thi sẽ giúp thí sinh tự tin hơn để thể hiện bản thân một cách tốt nhất trong INTERCHAIN 2024.

INTERCHAIN - The first individual competition for students at universities in Vietnam who are passionate about the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management has officially begun. Coming to the contest, contestants will experience different job positions in the field of Supply Chain Management including: Planning, Procurement, Operations and Logistics with the opportunity to meet and learn from talented students and leading domestic enterprises.
The heat and success of the first two seasons have become a great motivation for the International Business Club – IBC FTU to continue organizing the third season – INTERCHAIN 2024. This return of the competition is likened to “a new breeze”, and promises to bring contestants a dramatic, explosive, thrilling intellectual “arena” along with useful and valuable experiences so that contestants have the opportunity to practice and improve knowledge and skills on the journey to conquer and master the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
The INTERCHAIN 2024 journey is officially revealed with 4 rounds:
💎 Round 1: Online Test (30/03 – 31/03)
After successful registration, in 2 days March 30 and March 31, candidates take a multiple choice test consisting of 30 questions corresponding to the registered function to test their professional knowledge. Each function will take the 20 contestants with the highest scores to enter round 2.
💎 Round 2: Functional Challenge (02/04 – 19/04)
Includes 02 rounds: Round 2.1 – Team Challenge and Round 2.2 – Individual Challenge.
- Round 2.1 – Team Challenge (06/04 – 07/04)
Contestants in the same function are divided into 4 teams to solve and present case studies live within 90 minutes. At the end of the 90 minutes of discussion, the competing teams have 10 minutes to prepare for the presentation and 10 minutes to present, then the contestants will have 10 minutes to present their counterarguments to the jury.
- Round 2.2 – Individual Challenge (12/04 – 14/04)
Candidates will solve 01 Case Study with a functional identity within 48 hours by providing solutions to the problem posed. After that, candidates will record a video with a maximum duration of 08 minutes presenting their solution.
Each function will take the 4 contestants with the highest scores to enter round 3.
💎 Round 3: Supply Chain Challenge (21/04 – 07/05)
TOP 16 is divided into 4 teams, each team has 4 members from 4 different functions. Contestants work together to solve a general business case study within 10 days and present to the judges on pitching day. Top 01 contestant with the highest score for each function (Top 04 Round 03) will continue to participate in the final round.
💎 Round 4: Final night (08/05 – 18/05)
The TOP 4 will compete together through 2 rounds to choose the owner most worthy of the title of Champion.
In addition, training, mentoring activities and a series of Webinars arranged interwoven with the competition rounds will help candidates become more confident to express themselves in the best way in INTERCHAIN 2024.
